This Privacy Policy describes how Boston Design ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of Logica.design, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, create an account, or use Logica.design (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Account information. Name, email, password hash, or third-party profile data when you sign in.
Uploaded files. Original Excel/CSV schedule files, cleaned outputs, and processing metadata.
Billing information. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and dashboard activity.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process uploads and generate cleaned exports.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate about your account, security, and product updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and when required by law.
4. Uploaded Files and Retention
Uploaded schedule files are used to provide file review, cleanup, normalization, and export services. Logica.design does not retain uploaded schedule files after processing, except where temporary storage is required to generate selected exports, maintain system security, prevent abuse or fraud, troubleshoot service errors, process payments, or comply with legal obligations.
We may retain account, billing, transaction, and service usage records as required for business, tax, accounting, security, and legal purposes.
When you request account deletion by emailing hello@logica.design, we permanently delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations such as tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment records.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored files, and Row Level Security on database tables.
6. Service Providers
We use selected third-party service providers to operate Logica.design.
Current service providers include:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing, subscriptions, tax handling, invoicing, and Merchant of Record services.
- Supabase — authentication, database, file storage, and application data.
- Lovable — application development, deployment, and hosting infrastructure.
- Artificial intelligence processing providers — only if needed to analyze, clean, classify, or transform uploaded schedule files.
- Analytics — we do not currently use a third-party analytics provider.
We may update this list as our infrastructure changes.
7. Your rights
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information. Contact hello@logica.design.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time and notify you of material changes.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal information. Logica.design does not sell personal information.
