About

Built by an architect, for the way AEC schedules actually move.

Logica.design is developed by a New York registered architect with 20+ years of experience across architecture, design coordination, consultant management, technical documentation, and complex project delivery.

Why it was made

Schedule data does not stay inside one clean system.

Logica.design was built because schedule data moves between Revit exports, BIM models, AutoCAD drawings, Excel schedules, consultant spreadsheets, vendor lists, construction trackers, submittal logs, punch lists, and RFI logs. During those handoffs, fields get renamed, formatting breaks, required data goes missing, and teams spend hours cleaning files before they can review or coordinate them.

Who it's for

The people responsible for getting schedules right.

  • Architects
  • Interior designers
  • Specification writers
  • Hardware consultants
  • Construction managers
  • Owner's representatives
  • Design-build teams
  • Consultants and project teams working with schedule-heavy documentation

How it solves the problem

Standardize, audit, export.

Logica.design standardizes schedule files, maps messy columns, preserves raw uploads, flags missing or inconsistent data, creates clean Excel outputs, generates issue reports, and produces premium PDF summaries for review and coordination.

Position

A cleanup and audit layer — not a BIM replacement.

Logica.design does not edit Revit models or AutoCAD drawings, and does not sync live with BIM. It produces BIM/CAD-ready Excel exports and PDF summaries that fit into downstream coordination workflows.
